1. The Program
EcoClean collects sorted recyclable waste from a registered pickup address and pays points based on the weight and stream of material collected, at the rate published on the Rewards and Services pages at the time of collection.
2. Eligibility & Registration
You must provide an accurate pickup address and contact number to use the service. Household, Community and Business plans carry the terms described on the Rewards page; EcoClean may verify address and volume claims before confirming a plan.
3. Weighing & Points
All materials are weighed at the point of collection in the presence of the account holder or an authorised representative. Points are calculated at the published per-kilo rate for each stream and post to your account balance the same day, barring exceptional circumstances.
4. Redemption
Points may be redeemed as cash-out via bKash or bank transfer, or as credit at any listed partner shop, subject to the minimum balance shown on the Rewards page. Redeemed points are final and non-reversible.
5. Rejected Materials
EcoClean may decline to weigh in materials that fall outside a stream's accepted list (see each stream's page under Services), that are contaminated, or that pose a safety risk to our collectors.
6. Cancellation
Household plan subscribers may cancel at any time with no fee. Community and Business plans are governed by the terms agreed at sign-up.
7. Changes To These Terms
EcoClean may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
