EcoClean began with a single Saturday route through Banani — a handful of households who kept their bottles and cartons aside instead of putting them out with general waste. We weighed what they’d saved, paid it back on the spot, and asked if their neighbours wanted in the following week.
That same model has scaled to daily routes across five Dhaka neighbourhoods, a certified e-waste partnership, and a growing list of shops that accept EcoClean points as real credit. What hasn’t changed is the doorstep weigh-in — it’s still the one step we won’t compromise on.
